We recognise for small businesses sometimes there is just not enough time or money to allow new or existing managers the luxury of going on a full day's training course knowing that in reality they will not put the skills into practice.
Our performance coaching is unique blend of one on one training (the theory), mentoring (sharing experiences??) and coaching(ensuring the theory is put into practice). The course of 6 - 8 sessions ensures that the skills the managers need are really learnt and practiced and embedded in their daily activities ensuring continuity.

The aim of this coaching is to develop a person’s skills to manage interpersonal conflict, and enabling them to take ownership of conflict and resolve it in an informal manner.
